Professional Development & Training Evaluation (ROI)
Employers spend in excess of $70 billion in training in a given year. To optimize monetary resources it is in the best interest of the organization to measure the intended impact of the training/professional development.
We will provide an independent evaluation of your in-house or third party professional development and/or training programs. The evaluation compares benefits of the professional development to cost. Intangible and tangible benefits are examined.
Department Chair Coaching
Most department chairs did not plan to become the leader of the department when they started this journey into higher education. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of training opportunities or professional development for preparation for the role. We offer training for new department chairs for areas such as: strategic course scheduling, handling student complaints, budgeting, faculty evaluations, data analysis to enhance student success and retention, difficult faculty conversations, etc.
What separates APS from the rest?
We offer complete service by conducting customized coaching that includes needs analysis, performance improvement intervention (training), along with a 3/6/9 month follow-up to assure success of coaching all included in the service agreement.
